Insurance/Fees

Insurance

We accept several insurance plans including Aetna, Curative, Scott & White, Optum/United, Oscar, Cigna, Seton (Ascension), Medicare, Humana, TriWest, and more. Please check the clinician page to see the insurance plans each clinicians accepts.

If you are unsure if you can afford therapy or we do not accept your insurance, please still call.  We will do my best to connect you with someone who accepts your insurance or offers low cost/free services.

Out-of-Network

If we are not contracted with your insurance, you may still be able to have your sessions covered if you have out of network benefits. We are happy to contact your insurance plan to check your out of network coverage.

We can also submit out-of-network claims on your behalf; submitting claims yourself can be a painstaking process, and we are happy to do this for you free of charge.

If you prefer to submit claims yourself, we can provide you a statement/superbill.
