As a licensed professional counselor, Amanda has helped clients struggling with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment, self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, behavior and academic concerns, school refusal, and more. She works with many age groups from children as young as five to the elderly. Amanda has experience working with highly diverse client populations in a variety of mental health settings. She has worked in community-based agencies, a telehealth pediatric program, school districts, and a university counseling center. She is well-versed in completing psychological assessments and providing crisis interventions.


She incorporates a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic modalities and techniques to build meaningful alliances with all her clients. She understands that what works for one person may not work for another. She takes a person-centered approach, individualizing care to each client. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and more. Amanda received her bachelor’s in psychology from Texas A&M University and her master’s in counseling from St. Edward’s University.

The most important element for positive change in a person’s life through therapy is the therapeutic alliance. This is why Tzvi will work with you to ensure you agree with treatment, goals, and a positive bond can be formed. Tzvi has the utmost respect for all clients who reach out to him for guidance. He understands the courage, perseverance, and vulnerability it takes to begin therapy. 

Tzvi, a licensed clinical social worker, takes a kind, nonjudgmental approach so that you are better able to recognize what you need from sessions. He isn’t there to tell you what to do or how to do it, but rather to guide you in figuring that out for yourself. Tzvi will meet you where you are.

He has worked with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, grief/loss, relationship issues, academic stress, and more. He is flexible and curious and will tailor treatment to you. He has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. He is trauma-informed, humanistic, and culturally sensitive.

In addition to the private practice setting, he has spent three years working in the acute inpatient psychiatric hospital in Austin. Tzvi received his Bachelor’s of Arts from Lewis & Clark College and his Master’s of Science in Social Work from Steve Hicks School of Social Work at the University of Texas-Austin.

Everyone should be met where they are. They should be treated with compassion, respect, and sensitivity. That is how Laura Squiers practices. She utilizes mindfulness, self-compassion, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in her work with clients.  

As a licensed professional counselor, Laura is extensively trained in trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help her clients. Ciara Warren, LPC

We are excited to announce that Ciara Warren, LPC has joined Enteave Counseling! She is a licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist; she works with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has flexible hours and is offering weekend/weekday telehealth counseling sessions. She will be working in our office in Far West Austin once we return to in-person sessions.

Ciara is in-network with BCBS, offers a sliding scale, and will be accepting more insurance plans soon. She does a lot of relationship-based work and loves working with couples and families. She is a highly skilled and principled therapist with a caring and compassionate approach. She has experience working with a range of clients and has an incredibly warm and welcoming style that makes others feel at ease. Job Opening, Private Practice Therapist, Part-Time (Addiction Experience Preferred).

Clinical therapist will provide outpatient therapy to patients of Enteave Counseling, located in the Far West area of North Austin. Sessions will be conducted in-person (when we reopen) and via telehealth. Clinical Experience working with couples is preferred. Clinical therapy services may also include treatment of individual adults, adolescents, and families. Treatment specialties may include: children, couples, families, etc.

Reports to: Practice Owner

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work, or Doctoral Degree in Psychology;and

  • Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, PhD, PsyD, or LPC) in the State of Texas (must be fully licensed). A copy must be provided to Enteave Counseling.

  • Available to hold at least 10 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Enteave Counseling.

  • Active professional liability insurance policy.

Other Qualification Preferences (But Not Required):

  • Experience and training in the treatment of addiction (substance and/or non-substance addition)

  • Prior experience in a private practice setting.

  • At least three years’ experience post-unrestricted licensure.

  • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., addiction, couples, family, children, teens, etc.).

  • Current approval as an in-network provider with BCBS and/or other insurance panels.

  • Experience with TherapyNotes.

  • Experience with Doxy.me or other telehealth services.

Hours:

Work hours and schedule may vary depending on patient and Enteave Counseling needs. Therapist will set their own schedule, and will be able to see clients in-person (once we return to our office) and via telehealth. Therapist will have flexibility when to see clients and will not have a schedule set by the practice owner.

Therapist is not guaranteed a minimum number of patients or sessions per week. However, it is expected that Therapist will be available to hold at least 10 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Enteave Counseling. Patient sessions are held in the offices of Enteave Counseling and remotely via telehealth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform on-site and/or remote telehealth clinical counseling services to patients of Enteave Counseling, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.

2. Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.

3. Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Enteave Counseling.

4. Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Enteave Counseling website. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.

5. Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.

6. Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Enteave Counseling or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion. Keep patient files accurate and up to date.

7. Charge and collect payments from patients for services provided consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by Enteave Counseling.

8. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Enteave Counseling.

9. Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Enteave Counseling. Be respectful, cooperative, and collaborative with co-workers.

10. Other duties which may be assigned by Enteave Counseling.
