Humans need connection, it is in our DNA. We need connection with others and most importantly ourselves, especially when life feels overwhelming. Ciara considers herself a guide in the journey of human connection, a collaborative partner on the path of life. You are doing the searching, she is just helping to point you in the right direction. Much of what we need is already inside us—strength, courage, clarity.

Ciara has a calm, caring, compassionate approach to her practice. She encourages clients and teaches them healthy ways to manage life’s many stressors. She works with children, teens, individuals, couples, and families to improve their communication skills so they can have more fulfilling relationships.

She helps to identify what is working, and assist in any changes you wish to make.  A highly-principled psychotherapist, Ciara helps clients see how things that have happened in their past may be influencing the present. She has a holistic approach—wanting to fully understand a client so she can determine the best way to help. Everyone is a little different in the way they live and how they process life events. She gets it, which is why she works with each client individually to develop a plan that fits their life.

Ciara specializes in helping clients with anger management, depression, anxiety, family conflict, parenting relationships, LGBTQ+, identity issues, and work-life balance. She received her Master’s of Counseling from Texas State University. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Based, Emotionally-Focused, and Strength-Based.

Everyone goes through difficult times, sometimes getting to the other side just takes a little support. Ciara is passionate about helping clients to achieve connection, purpose, and fulfillment.

You don’t have to do this on your own, we can help you feel better today.
