Erich has been successful in helping clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. He specializes in treating law enforcement and those struggling with sex addiction, marriage/divorce, spiritual/faith, and gender identity. He also helps clients cope with depression and anxiety, and other mental health challenges. He provides practical, solution-focused, and time-limited approaches to problem-solving in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental setting. 

A licensed professional counselor, Erich is trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral, Eclectic, Reality/Choice, Brief, and Solution-Focused therapies. He makes himself available to his clients and determines which course of action to take based on the clients’ unique needs.
