The journey to your best self requires putting in the work and making the necessary changes in your life. If you are motivated by learning and growth, strong-minded, and interested in removing all obstacles to the realization of your best self, you can get there. When you do, the rewards for all your hard work will surround you —peace, self-love, calm, comfort, strength, confidence, and more. Elaine has seen this in the many people she has guided in her years as a licensed professional counselor, and she can help you get there, too.
A multicultural feminist therapist, Elaine specializes in helping women and people from other under-served populations. Elaine is Vietnamese American with family overseas and friends all over the world and has a long background in the performing arts. She has helped clients from diverse backgrounds, genders, and orientations. She works with people from 35 different cultural backgrounds and specializes in those with mixed-culture.
Elaine sees the potential in every client she meets, and she helps them to see it too. She helps people to find their personal best in relationships, careers, and life. She assists her clients in spiritual and emotional growth.
Elaine is a lifetime Buddhist and childfree. She is not particularly “about” marriage and kids for herself and has a vivid cluster of awesome hobbies and friends instead. Feel free to talk to Elaine about what it’s like not to be Christian, married, or have children. Or what it’s like to be an artist, a healer, and a person of more than one culture. It’s a safe space.
Elaine has attained the status of LPC Supervisor in August 2024 and will specialize in helping new and established counselors attain strong multicultural competence, stellar boundaries, excellent self care, and career success.
