The journey to your best self requires putting in the work and making the necessary changes in your life. If you are motivated by learning and growth, strong-minded, and interested in removing all obstacles to the realization of your best self, you can get there. And, when you do the rewards for all your hard work will surround you —peace, self-love, calm, comfort, strength, confidence, and more. Elaine has seen this in the many people she has guided in her years as a licensed professional counselor, and she can help you get there, too.

A multicultural feminist therapist, Elaine specializes in helping women and people from other under-served populations. She has helped many clients from diverse backgrounds, genders, and orientations. She works with people from 35 different cultural backgrounds and specializes in those with mixed-culture.

Elaine sees the potential in every client she meets, and she helps them to see it too. She helps people to find their personal best in relationships, careers, and life. She assists her clients in spiritual and emotional growth.

Elaine takes a holistic approach to healing. She understands that in life and mental health things are not black and white. Each person is different in the challenges they face and how they approach those obstacles. She uses talk therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, shamanic work, and Buddhist principles to help people heal and find their way. Elaine is also a Feldenkrais teacher and is currently pursuing a foundational fitness and health certification. She aims to help people recover their bodies and minds after the chronic stress and inactivity many experienced during the COVID pandemic.

Elaine believes in you. She wants to help guide you to your full potential in life.
