I am a compassionate and client-centered therapy provider dedicated to helping individuals build self-trust, emotional resilience, and authentic lives. I have a variety of unique skills to offer my clients as I have significant macro social work experience and have worked in a behavioral health inpatient setting.

As an LGBTQ+ ally, I aim to create an affirming, judgment-free space where clients feel safe to explore their identities, relationships, and personal goals. I want to walk with clients in their journey of self-exploration.

My approach to our work together emphasizes personal autonomy, self-assuredness, and practical growth, and I focus on empowering each person to define success and well-being on their own terms.

I am passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with their inner strengths and moving forward with clarity and confidence.
